Louisa Fleet recruitment is committed to the privacy of your data and under the new GDPR registration we must comply with certain requirements which are designed to ensure that any data you provide to us it processed appropriately and never held for longer than necessary.

Data that we collect about you.
We collect personal information about you (for example, name, contact information and CV/employment history) when you fill out registration forms on our website, email us directly or respond to an advert we have posted on a third-party website. We collect data about you to help in the recruitment process.

We may also collect data to provide us with a better understanding of our website traffic but that does not include any personally identifiable information

Why do we process personal data?
We are committed to our clients and candidates to find and place the best person for the role and we process the data necessary to do this. We will also (where you have given us permission to do so) use the information provided to contact you if we think you may be suitable for a vacancy that has come up.

Do you collect sensitive information?
Yes, we collect information such as Date of Birth, passport and driving licence information (only applicable when a candidate has been successful) in order to fulfil the recruitment process.

How do you use personal data?
When you apply for a role with Louisa Fleet recruitment you agree that we can collect information in regards to that application only. (If you are unsuccessful in your application we will ask for your permission to hold your information for future opportunities where appropriate.)

We will process your information to:

  • Administer your application through the recruitment process
  • Connect you with potential employers by passing your CV to them for review
  • Customer service and support from the Louisa Fleet Recruitment Team
  • Keep in touch with you about future opportunities
  • Market research
  • We only share your information with the third parties (client) recruiting for the role. We do not share or sell your data for marketing purposes.

How long will you hold data?
We will hold data for a maximum period of 5 years or until such a time that you contact us requesting your data be removed.
We will contact you on an annual basis to reconfirm that you are happy to be held on our database as a potential candidate for future opportunites

How do you keep data secure?
The security of a candidate’s information is our top priority. Access to personal data is only provided to our staff and third parties who help in the recruitment process and to prospective employers. We have appropriate technical and administrative processes in place to keep your data as secure as possible

We do not recommend that you send any data to us via a public or shared computer due to the security risks involved and we do not access data from shared or public computers and whilst we cannot guarantee that loss or misuse of data won’t occur we take necessary steps to prevent it.

How to remove your data.
You can contact use via email. sales@louisafleet.co.uk, or via this form here . You can also unsubscribe at anytime from any marketing emails you receive from us by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email.
